• Upon receipt of registration and payment of fees, a confirmation will be mailed to you.
• Registration is not confirmed until payment is received.
• Groups must pay together.
• Refunds less $15 per person will be given should boat tours be cancelled by coordinator.
• Refunds less $15, per person will be given on cancellations made no less than fifteen (15) days prior to the event (deadline for refunds is February 10, 2010).
• Tee shirt sizes cannot be guaranteed so please REGISTER EARLY!
